A few weeks ago I had Peter out to fit an new banister rail, newel post and spindles. His advice and experience was invaluable and saved me time and money in suggesting the best way I should proceed.
His experience is obvious from when you start talking to him and is further compounded when you watch him work, he truly is a craftsman who takes care in his work. I have had some bad experiences with other tradesmen and so feel qualified when I see a good one who takes care in what he does.
Its been a few weeks now since the work was completed and I am still as cuffed now as I was when it was completed. Its a first rate job at a reasonable price. I found Peter to be a really genuine punctual guy and needless to say I would highly recommend him to others who have carpentry work they need doing.
